Research

research interests: I completed a PhD in food science and technology in 2021 with a main focus on yeast role in coffee bean fermentation. Previously, I hired by Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore as a fermentation research fellow. Currently, I am working as a senior fermentation scientist at AB Mauri. My main working area is how to use microorganisms to produce fermented foods, beverage, enzymes and metabolites.
