Krista Sumby

Research

I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, in the ARC Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production, at the University of Adelaide. My background is in microbiology and more recently microbiology and genetics of wine yeast and lactic acid bacteria (LAB). I am part of the Wine Microbiology and Biotechnology group undertaking research into yeast and lactic acid bacteria (LAB) both at a fundamental level and in the context of winemaking.
